Powell home sales – October 2009

There were homes sold in the Ashmoore, Daventry Pakr, Grandshire, Lakes of Powell, Liberty Ridge, Murphy’s Park,  Olentangy Ridge, The Retreat and Woods of Powell neighborhoods in the month of October 2009.

These are all single family homes only!  Previous monthly reports were single family and condominiums combined.  The graph here is only single family for all 15 months.  We can create separate graphs and data now for single family and condominiums.
